Mental Health 💙 is a big factor in my life,
and i do take that seriously.
A lot of people are afraid or too ashamed talking about that and i just want to put light on that subject, and my followers to know..
It's not something we should take lightly.
lot people are struggling with it and it can get lonely feeling like there's no one there for you.. but this is not true, reach put to someone and talk about it, it's ok.
if you don't feel comfortable talking to friends or family,
i will be more than happy to be the one you can talk to and share your feelings 💙
(AND NO I DONT ANVERTISE MYSELF AS A THERAPIST IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM LOL)
I just want you to know we might not know eachother,
but I'm here. and you're not alone 💙
It's always better to just be nice and make everyone feel comfortable rather than to just get it over with.
I do like to get to know people and how is everyone has a different life experiences and story, and it's something i personally find very fascinating, and interesting 🤩😁
we all are humans with a personality and struggles.
Everyone struggles with something, some people don't show that, but a good word to someone, can change a persons day 🤍
and i do take that seriously.
