  You only live once. We all have regrets in life we all have challenges but take the chance you never Kno what is around the corner. I am a good guy I may look very intimidating and I can be at times but get to Kno me and you will see I don’t bite.
• Quais são seus hobbies, o que você gosta de fazer em seu tempo livre?
  Love Christmas. Do a children’s charity display every year for kids who are dying. Inside and out of my home. Inside do around 50 plus trees.

  Being there for people and helping them achieve there goals

  I like the outdoors movies gym travel and just being with family

  Taking care of my grandmother when she was dying of cancer. Being here sole care taker until the end.

  I travel many times Thru out the year. I do enjoy being at home with my dogs as well
• Que tipo de regime de dieta e fitness você segue?
  I compete in bodybuilding shows so it changes if I’m on or off season but typically 6-7 days a week 1-2x day

  I’m very active and always will help others

  That I grew up as a kid that was overweight and changed for myself ... I also had a lot of gray hair when I was 18 just like my uncle and grandfather

  I have overcome many different challenges in my life and life keeps changing in a daily basis
