  I'm an incredibly easy-going and friendly person.
• Como você dá o melhor na sua vida?
  I never settle for less than my best and always push myself to improve. I strive to be a true Renaissance man.
• O que você faz para se divertir?
  I love nothing more than to travel and get to know new places and people. I enjoy being outdoors and believe in the Japanese concept of shinrin-yoku, or ‘forest-bathing’. I am an avid cuddler, especially during movie night. I also enjoy spending time in the gym and in the kitchen.
• O que você diria que são suas maiores qualidades e especialidades?
  The ability to see both sides of a situation. My intelligence. Kindness.
• O que você mais gosta em si mesmo?
  My ability to see the positive in most situations. My beefy ass. My high sex drive. My kinky mind.
• Quais são as especificidades de seu estilo de vida que fazem quem você é?
  I love to be a homebody, but I will never say no to a night out dancing and causing shenanigans.
• Se nós sentamos na praia e bebemos vinho e comemos boa comida só você e eu, o que você iria me dizer sobre você e sua vida?
  I spent 13 years pursuing higher education - I would be a life long academic if I could. I've lived in 5 major cities across the US (DC, Seattle, Portland, SF, Denver). I love to cook and bake. While overcoming adversity is one of the biggest challenges we have in life, the hardships I have overcome have strengthened me and helped me to become the person I am today.

• O que os outros deveriam saber absolutamente sobre você?
  I'm an introverted extrovert. I would do just about anything for my friends and family. I value honesty in all things.

  I spent half a year in southern Italy interning at a medieval herbal garden. While there I fell in love with the food, the culture, and the people.
• Quais são seus hobbies, o que você gosta de fazer em seu tempo livre?
  In my spare time, I am often spending time with friends, working on house projects, cuddling with my two Great Danes, hiking near home, taking a long drive, or cooking something up in the kitchen.
• O que o distingue de todas as outras pessoas que você conhece?
  I am an attentive listener and can usually offer fairly sage advice. I believe part of this comes from how I was raised and partly due to my educational background. I was raised to respect strangers, hold doors, and always use please and thank you.
• Que tipo de regime de dieta e fitness você segue?
  I eat fairly healthy the majority of the time (we all have cheat days). I love to cook, so it makes using fresh, organic ingredients quite easy.
  
  For exercise, I have been lax. Currently planning out a new regime to lose 5 pounds and re-establish some muscle. Moving out to the mountains, while still balancing a full time job has made it difficult to dedicate time to working out.
• Com que frequência você viaja? Você prefere viajar ou você é mais um casero?
  I love to travel, whether domestic or abroad. I believe that there is so much to see and experience in life and you will miss out on it if you stay in the safety of your home. Some of the most incredible trips I have taken were when I ventured solo to an unfamiliar place. That being said, I also make an excellent travel companion.
• Qual é o seu "nicho"?
  The guy you can take on a date, but with a high sex drive and a bit of a kinky streak.
• O que você gostaria que seus leitores soubessem sobre você que é único e até um pouco pessoal?
  I have several degrees. I am quite handy with power tools. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty. I am also a great cook.
