As far as safety, I am very careful, take preventative medicines diligently, and test for everything monthly as my school & work is at a research hospital that keeps me tuned in with the latest. I am thrilled to live in an age where most of the terrifying disease risks of the 80s and 90s and beyond are well handled. Like anyone, big fan of doing things naturally but this happens only when people have shown me a solid plan for ensuring their health and the health of those around. I take all flu-shots, vaccines, and recommended tests -- always able and willing to take whatever precautions that make you feel most comfortable. I will try to respond to everyone within 24 hrs but keep in mind school and work is most important to me and I have limited time to meet and even more limited time to chat!
